Glenn Miller Orchestra Swings Back into Pensacola for Performance at the National Naval Aviation Museum

Thursday, Feb. 6 at 7 p.m.

Pensacola, Fla. – (January 10, 2024) – The world-renowned Glenn Miller Orchestra will light up the stage at the National Naval Aviation Museum on Thursday, Feb. 6, 2025, at 7 p.m.and this event is open to the public! Guests can kick off the night in style with a pre-show cocktail hour beginning at 5:30 p.m.

As one of the greatest big bands of all time, the Glenn Miller Orchestra brings its signature jazz sound to Pensacola with a show that celebrates the golden age of swing music. Expect to hear unforgettable classics like “In the Mood,”“Chattanooga Choo-Choo,” “Pennsylvania 6-5000,” and “Rhapsody in Blue,” along with other lively big band hits that continue to captivate audiences of all ages.

This fully self-contained orchestra features an incredible lineup of five saxophonists, four trumpeters, four trombonists, and a stellar rhythm section—plus a standout performance from lead vocalist Jenny Swoish. Under the leadership of musical director Erik Stabnau, a gifted tenor saxophonist who joined the orchestra in 2017, the Glenn Miller Orchestra continues to tour the globe, performing over 300 live shows each year.

Preferred seating tickets are $65 and general admission tickets are $40 per person. Tickets are available online here.

IMPORTANT: Ticketholders who do not possess DOD ID Cards to access the base, NAS Pensacola requires you to fill out a SECNAV Form 5512. This form will be included in the ticket confirmation email and is also available on the event page. Ticketholders who require access will need to fill out the 5512 form and return it via email to Kim Ring at kring@navalaviationmuseum.org. You will need to return the form no later than January 17th for processing.Once NAS Pensacola receives your form they will contact you with next steps.
