Save the Date! Fork Cancer Event Returns to Benefit Pensacola Cancer Patients

Pensacola, FL – (February 26, 2026) – The GenNow Network Pensacola chapter of the American Cancer Society (ACS) is excited to announce the return of the Fork Cancer Gala, set for April 10, 2026, from 6–10 p.m. at the beautiful Supposey Warehouse and Gardens in Pensacola.

Now in its third year, Fork Cancer Pensacola continues to build on its growing momentum. In 2025, the event set a fundraising goal of $125,000, and once again, the Pensacola community rose to the occasion, raising an impressive $152,000. Those funds helped provide more than 1,000 free rides to life-saving cancer treatments through the American Cancer Society’s Road to Recovery program.

This year, organizers have set an ambitious new goal of $175,000, with 100% of proceeds continuing to support Road to Recovery and ensure patients can access the care they need.

For many cancer patients, reliable transportation can be one of the greatest challenges during treatment. Road to Recovery helps eliminate that barrier by connecting patients with free rides when they have no other options. Treatment often requires frequent appointments over long periods of time, and this program ensures patients can focus on healing—not logistics.

Guests attending the Fork Cancer Pensacola Gala will enjoy an elevated evening featuring gourmet small plates from nine outstanding local restaurants, including:

• Agape Bistro + Garden
• Bonelli’s Café Italia
• The District
• The Grand Marlin
• Jackson’s Steakhouse
• Jerry’s Drive In
• Red Fish Blue Fish
• Summer’s Sushi
• Union Public House

Tacos El Fluffy will also be serving Agua Fresca for the evening – a light, non-alcoholic beverage made by blending fresh fruits, flowers, or seeds with water and a touch of sugar for a cool, refreshing finish. The evening will also include an open bar, a silent auction, three exclusive live auction packages, and live music by Mr. Big and the Rhythm Sisters.

“Fork Cancer is more than a night out—it’s a powerful reminder of what our community can accomplish when we come together for a cause,” said Ryan Frazier, Fork Cancer Pensacola co-chair. “Every ticket purchased and every dollar raised directly supports patients who need help getting to life-saving treatments.”

“The energy and passion behind this event is incredible,” added Lindsay Hodges, event co-chair. “Our board is made up of dedicated young professionals who are deeply committed to making a real impact. Thanks to our sponsors, donors, and attendees, we’re able to provide meaningful support to individuals and families facing cancer right here in our community.”

Tickets for the Fork Cancer Gala are $150 per person (21 and older), with attendance limited to 500 guests. High-scale cocktail attire is encouraged. Tickets can be purchased online here.

Sponsorship opportunities and silent auction donations are also available. Businesses and individuals interested in contributing items, services, or experiences may contact Melanie Orr at 850-407-4735 or melanie.orr@cancer.org.

“Supporting Fork Cancer means investing in hope, access, and compassion for people navigating one of the hardest chapters of their lives,” said Frazier. “Together, we are helping move the fight against cancer forward.”
