The Grand Marlin Pensacola Beach Announces Special Easter Sunday Menu

Pensacola, Fla. (March 9, 2020) – To celebrate Easter, the Grand Marlin Pensacola Beach will be offering a special brunch and dinner feature on Sunday, April 12. The public is invited to celebrate the day with them and enjoy these special menu items.

BRUNCH (served from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.)

  • Shrimp & Lobster Quiche – $23 – Maine lobster, Gulf shrimp, Gruyere, spinach, caramelized onion, brandy-brie cream, mixed greens.

  • Florida Peach French Toast  – $18 – Custard soaked French bread, whipped sweet mascarpone cheese, brûléed Florida peach compote, sugar-toasted almonds, maple-bourbon vanilla syrup, applewood bacon.

DINNER (served from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.)

  • Surf & Turf – $49 – Lightly smoked Angus Prime New York Strip, Louisiana blue crab cake, smoked fingerling potatoes, sautéed baby green beans and exotic mushrooms, house-made Worcestershire sauce, and creole remoulade.
